It is a very frequent misconception that the quickest way to lose weight is to starve yourself but the truth is by eating too little food you will be putting your body into a sort of “starvation mode” which will slow down your body’s metabolism which, of course, slows down fat loss. It also has the unfortunate effect of making you feel like crap. And when you start eating again you’ll just gain back all weight you lost anyway.
