The Fat Loss Workout Plan and Meal Plan
I wake up every morning around 5:30 am to get ready for my workout at 6 am. I need to get my pre-workout supplement going and actually wake up a little before I jump straight into a heart pounding workout that would kill a mere mortal man, well not really.
There isn’t a person out there who would tell you that my workouts are easy. In fact those who do my workout see amazing results in fat loss and increased strength. The workout is more than the activity I do while working out, it’s the eating program that supports the workout the is the most difficult.
Eating should be simple. There should be all those disgusting choices out there that make it difficult to stay focused on your plan. I don’t want to eat a crappy meal, I want food I actually want to eat. Weird thing is that I like meat so eating the protein required in my meal plan should be easy but they want me to eat so much its tough.
I should be eating those types of meals that help facilitate my workout progress. Gorging myself with protein and vegetables is the way to see some sure fire progress in your workouts. The more protein I eat and the fewer carbs I eat the leaner I look in the mirror and the better I feel.
You would think knowing this would make it easier for me to make the right decisions about the food I eat. I am not horrible just not as clean as I should be to see the dramatic results I truly want to see, like a six pack! It’s especially difficult when you are on the road for the day and just want something quick. You don’t want to spend twenty buck on lunch either but to get some high protein meals you just have to get close to that dollar figure. When you are staring at the menu it’s just easier to order something that is close to what you should be eating.
I want to start over, workout everyday with a slightly more intense version than I do today and change the way I eat to something more suitable to my workout. I don’t want to fall off the wagon on Friday’s and Saturday’s while at the sports bar for a game and I don’t want to take the easy way out with the menu. If I could get everything out of the way and just focus on the meals I would have some very good results in the mirror.
